Try these 3 simple tips to reduce the load

  1. Set yourself a time limit - look up every 15 minutes and gently move your head side to side

  2. Check your ergonomics - is your seat and desk at the right height to avoid slouching, hunching or strains?

  3. Get moving - take a break every 15 - 20 minutes, get up and walk around, do something different!

It's not the poor posture that will immediately cause discomfort and pain, it's the repetitive poor posture! Take preventative action today to avoid long term consequences.
